These Terms of Service govern your use of ReynoldsRoostBakery.com and any order you place with Reynolds Roost Bakery ("RRB," "we," "us"). RRB is operated by Blake Reynolds, with Tiffany Reynolds as lead baker and licensee, in Anderson, Indiana.
Acceptance
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or order from us.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to place an order. Customers under 18 may use the site only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on their behalf.
Service Area
Reynolds Roost Bakery operates under Indiana's home-based food vendor framework. Sales and pickup are limited to customers in Indiana, with pickup at our Anderson kitchen. Orders placed from outside Indiana will be canceled and refunded in full to the original payment method.
Pricing
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Indiana sales tax is calculated at checkout per Indiana state law. Product availability is subject to ingredient supply and seasonal variation, and Tiffany retains the right to rotate the catalog.
Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, binding on RRB only once we confirm acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, ingredient unavailability, pricing or description errors, or out-of-area customers. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
Lead Times
Every order is always baked to order. We bake within 24 hours of your order. Standard items require a 24-hour minimum lead time; custom cakes require a 72-hour minimum. Lead times are enforced at checkout through our pickup-scheduling app, and orders that attempt to bypass them will not be accepted.
Pickup
You are responsible for picking up your order during the window you select at checkout. If you cannot make it, text Tiffany at 317-864-1872 to reschedule. Missed pickups are governed by our Refund Policy. Orders not picked up, and for which we have received no contact, are forfeited 48 hours after the close of the selected window, with no refund issued.
Allergen Disclaimer
Reynolds Roost Bakery operates a dedicated gluten-free, dairy-free, and soy-free kitchen. We do not use gluten-containing flour, dairy, or soy ingredients, and we have no shared equipment with a kitchen that does. Tiffany leads every bake and trains every baker on our dedicated-kitchen protocol.
That said, we are a small home bakery, not a Class III medical-grade allergen-control facility, and we do not undergo third-party allergen audits. We make commercially reasonable efforts to prevent cross-contact, but we cannot guarantee a zero-trace environment.
Customers with severe food allergies or medically diagnosed conditions such as celiac disease are advised to consult their physician before consuming RRB products and to review the ingredient and allergen information on each product page. By placing an order, you acknowledge our allergen-handling practices and accept them. To the extent permitted by law, RRB is not liable for adverse reactions in customers who were so informed and elected to proceed.
Coconut Disclosure
Our Mini 4" Quiche uses Violife coconut-oil-based plant cheese. The FDA classifies coconut as a tree nut for allergen-labeling purposes. Customers with tree-nut allergies should review the Mini Quiche product page disclosure before ordering.
Custom Orders
Custom cakes and off-catalog flavor requests are coordinated directly with Tiffany (317-864-1872). Custom orders may require a deposit before we begin work. Cancellation terms depend on how much lead time remains when cancellation is requested; see our Refund Policy and confirm details with Tiffany at the time of order.
Intellectual Property
The RRB name, logo, recipes, photography, product descriptions, and website content are the property of Reynolds Roost Bakery. You may not reproduce, copy, redistribute, or commercially use this content without our prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial use (browsing, printing your own confirmation, sharing a product link) is permitted.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indiana law, RRB's total liability arising from or related to any product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that product or order. RRB is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or loss of use, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any right or remedy that cannot be waived under Indiana law.
Governing Law
These Terms and any order placed under them are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from a purchase or from your use of the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Madison County, Indiana.

Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continued use of the site or placement of a new order after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be modified or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remainder of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.
