Pickup Only
Reynolds Roost Bakery does not ship products at this time. Every order is picked up in person at our home kitchen in Anderson, Indiana. We operate under Indiana's home-based food vendor framework, which limits direct-to-consumer sales to in-person pickup and other Indiana-only direct channels. Mail and third-party carrier shipping are not offered.
Orders can be placed two ways: through the cart and checkout on this site, or by texting Tiffany directly at 317-864-1872. Either route lands in the same kitchen and follows the same pickup process.
Pickup Location and Hours
We are located in Anderson, Indiana. For planning, the kitchen sits in a residential neighborhood near the cross-streets shared during checkout; the exact street address is included in your order-confirmation email after checkout, not posted publicly on the site. If you order by text, Tiffany will send the address directly.
Pickup hours:
- Monday through Wednesday: 10am to 7pm
- Thursday: closed
- Friday and Saturday: 10am to 7pm
- Sunday: closed
When you arrive, text Tiffany at 317-864-1872 and she will meet you at the door with your order.
Lead Times
Always baked to order. We bake within 24 hours of your order, so every item is just out of the oven when you pick it up. Because of that, our minimum lead time on standard items is 24 hours from the moment the order is placed. Custom cakes require a 72-hour minimum lead time so we can build, fill, and finish them properly.
Pickup-time selection is handled at checkout by the Bird Pickup app, which only shows pickup windows that respect the lead-time minimum for the items in your cart. You choose the window that works for you from the available slots. If none of the slots fit your schedule, text Tiffany before checkout and she can confirm options directly.
Missed Pickups
If something comes up and you cannot make your selected pickup window, please text Tiffany at 317-864-1872 as soon as possible. We will do our best to reschedule you into another open window the same day or shortly after. Because every order is made within 24 hours of placement and the goods are perishable, late or missed pickups may not always be reschedulable. Where rescheduling is not possible, refund treatment is governed by our Refund Policy.
