Bite-size fritters. Always baked to order in our dedicated gluten-free kitchen — no shared equipment. Fried in our dedicated gluten-free fryer. Gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, and dye-free baseline.
Apple: Cinnamon-spiced apple folded into pillowy dough, glazed while warm. The one that keeps people driving past other GF bakeries to get to us.
Rhubarb: Tart, bright, and nowhere near as common as apple. Tender dough; rhubarb stays chunky and holds its bite — the flavor other GF bakeries don't attempt.
We bake within 24 hours of your order. Choose your flavor and pack size; ½ Doz is 6 bites, 1 Doz is 12.
